CANON DIGITAL PHOTO PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE CURRENT VERSION FULL
The rumors of a full frame Canon mirrorless are the only things holding me back from getting a Sony.

I've wanted to go mirrorless for quite some time, but Canon has been way behind in investing their resources adequately to compete with the other mirrorless. I only use noise reduction in the event I missed the exposure and am underexposed. I generally overexpose my raw files about 2/3 of a stop over the exposure my Canons want to give me.

I rarely use noise reduction at all, and if I do, it's in Photoshop. I've never liked or used Canon's software, except initially, a long time ago with my Canon 10D. Thanks for your question about noise reduction and Canon's DPP (Digital Photo Professional). I couldn't even replicate or beat the noise reduction quality that the camera JPEG produces compared to RAW noise reduction! I noticed DPP seem to suffer some form of colour bleed when applying NR What settings do you use for noise reduction on DPP? Considered M5 mirrorless but the EFM lenses were somewhat disappointing and ended up getting G1x II Interesting to see your product line up is similar to mine.įirst camera I got was A620, a fantastic camera and still is, before upgrading to G12.
